We are looking for someone to join Infor WFM (Workbrain) Production Support as a Principal Analyst working primarily on the cut over tasks required for the implementation of WFM in the Health and Hospital's (HHS's).
This role will play a key part in coordinating the team, lead the cutover tasks, validating data, liaising with the Business Implementation Team Business Analysts, working with the cutover and data solutions teams ensuring data loads are correct and reconciled. The applicant for this role should have excellent organisational and data analysis skills, be methodical and have experienced in working under pressure.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
* Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills in Workbrain in the following functional areas:
* Rostering functions (including scheduling, time and attendance and award interpretation).
* Organisational Establishment Management
* Managing People functions including (workforce Strategy & Capacity, Separations, Workplace Health and Safety, Capability and Performance.
* Proven experience in analysing and solving complex business issues that relate to the delivery of the pay production process by formulating, documenting and implementing work procedures and configuration guidelines that recognise system and business process integration points that are critical in payroll production.
* Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Government.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
* Proven experience in the support and maintenance of large-scale rostering solutions (preferably Workbrain IWFM Rostering Modules). The product set for the Queensland Health payroll and rostering solution includes SAP, Workbrain and Finance/Controlling (Fi/Co).
* Ability to extract data utilising SQL Developer to meet business requirements.
