About SES and Integrity Unit
The SES and Integrity Unit sits within the ODCEO, providing high-level advice and support to the CEO and Deputy CEO on SES recruitment, remuneration and employment conditions in addition to managing behavioural complaints, workplace disputes, allegations of suspected breaches of the APS Code of Conduct and other ad hoc integrity-related matters.
About the Role
The Assistant Director SES and Integrity Unit will work closely with the Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer in a small team to manage SES recruitment, code of conduct, and integrity matters across the Institute.
