About the Role
You will take a hands-on role in daily kitchen operations, leading service and ensuring food quality and consistency at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality Vietnamese and Asian dishes
* Confidently operate a wok during busy service
* Manage kitchen operations during lunch and dinner service
* Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
* Assist with menu planning and specials
* Manage stock ordering and minimise wastage
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Support and supervise kitchen staff
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
* Be familiar with Vietnamese and Asian cuisine
* Have strong wok cooking skills
* Be able to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
* Be organised, reliable, and team-oriented
* Demonstrate strong work ethic and consistency
