About the Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the project.
You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
You will also be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts and negotiate with subcontractors
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management
* Degree qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
* Experience with good quality systems such as Jobpac/Cheops & Procore
