You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that make it easier for our customers to buy, pay and stay. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll partner with business and technology teams to deliver strategic and tactical initiatives that drive transformation. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, where you’ll lead requirements through the agile delivery lifecycle, influence outcomes, and mentor less experienced analysts—all while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. What do I need? Extensive experience in Business Analysis within Retail Banking or Financial Services. Strong knowledge of unsecured lending products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans), including setup, pricing, migration, and servicing. Proven ability to work across business and technology streams in Agile and Waterfall environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and provide guidance to peers. Why join us?
