Club Director Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Club Director to lead our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving success in your club.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for growth
* Contribute proactively to your club's sales targets
* Manage projected and actual Profit and Loss levels
* Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences and resolve concerns effectively
* Recruit, train and retain staff members
Requirements:
* Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the fitness industry
* Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal, written and time management abilities
* Experience in managing budgets and monitoring P&L reporting
