The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing wall mounted units, both in-house and at customer locations. Key responsibilities include ensuring devices are calibrated and functioning correctly, as well as completing administrative tasks related to servicing.
Regular travel may be required to regional and interstate locations for approximately 2-3 days at a time. Comprehensive on-the-ground training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this role.
To be successful, you must possess:

* Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
* High work standards and integrity.
* Positive attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to perform physical tasks as required.
* Current C class driver's license and good driving history.
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and obtain a recent National Police Clearance.
While prior experience in a service role or electronics qualification is beneficial, it is not essential. This is a full-time permanent position with standard working hours.
