About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Buyers Agent to champion our clients through every stage of off-the-plan and new-build acquisitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering expert guidance on emerging projects, securing preferential launch-phase pricing, and providing ongoing project updates and tailored market insights to keep clients informed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead face-to-face and Zoom consultations to understand each client's investment objectives and risk profile.
* Research, shortlist, and analyse off-the-plan and newly completed developments using market data, design plans, and cash-flow projections.
* Provide ongoing project updates and tailored market insights to keep clients informed.
Requirements:
* Proven success as a Buyers Agent, Property Broker, or in off-the-plan sales.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and deep understanding of new-build contract structures.
* Highly proficient with CRM platforms.
* Client-centric: you relentlessly pursue the best outcomes and deliver a white-glove experience.
* Self-motivated 'hungry' mindset with track record of exceeding targets.
