About the role
The Field Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Australia Talent Acquisition Manager. The role is responsible for business partnering with the business to create and ensure an end‑to‑end exceptional candidate‑to‑employee experience, providing expert strategic and pragmatic recruitment and selection advice to stakeholders across our operations and front‑line business.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process across multiple key employee groups including Audiologists, Interns and OSTAs.
* Engage in high‑level strategic sourcing and headhunting, develop a passive pipeline, write and post job advertisements, manage applicant queries, phone‑screen candidates, short‑list, schedule and conduct interviews and psychometric testing (if applicable), and perform background and work‑rights checks.
* Ensure all recruitment process requirements are met, including tracking all roles and applications via Oracle.
* Develop, implement and continuously update the Talent Acquisition Policy & Processes Manual.
* Serve as the SuperUser for Oracle, managing the online candidate database proficiently and accurately, and conduct system training for new HR team members.
* Generate, collate and analyse recruitment data from Oracle to support HR dashboard reporting for Senior Management meetings.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives and strategies across talent acquisition.
Talent Acquisition Business Partnering
* Provide specialist advice to Hiring Managers on best practice for sourcing and attracting candidates across multiple employee groups including Audiologists, Client Service Office, Field Management and Professional.
* Continuously educate Hiring Managers to adhere to Amplifon's recruitment and selection policies for a centralised recruitment service.
* Understand regional and country complexities and help managers navigate the talent market.
* Drive the hiring process; actively engage with managers, provide ongoing status updates on requisitions, advise and influence managers, and close requisitions in a timely manner.
Employer Branding Strategy
* Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to recommend and implement talent sourcing and EVP strategies across a variety of channels that drive brand awareness and deliver timely outcomes.
* Manage passive candidate research and attraction through social media, networking, referrals and headhunting.
* Participate in revamping Amplifon's Career Site and other social media channels for careers.
* Support development and maintenance of university relationships, organise career events and participate in career fairs.
* Assist with the design and implementation of the Employee Value Proposition that positions Amplifon Group as an employer of choice.
* Contribute to improvement initiatives for Amplifon's onboarding and induction programs.
* Lead or support upcoming talent programs such as referral campaigns and recruitment activities.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Psychology (advantageous).
* Demonstrated experience in a 360‑degree Talent Acquisition role, ideally within an Agency, Internal and/or RPO.
* Extensive experience utilising e‑recruitment systems (PageUp, Taleo, SuccessFactors), online job boards and social media platforms (SEEK, LinkedIn, Indeed).
* Excellent understanding of recruitment practices with the confidence to make recommendations, improvements and implement them effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs in a fast‑paced environment.
* Outstanding communication skills, including effective influencing and negotiation skills.
* Confident in building relationships quickly and effectively, always working with the business's best interests at heart.
