About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing databases, and performing various tasks related to customer service and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
* Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
* Assist with client payments and handle incoming mail
* Process orders with suppliers and replenish office supplies
* Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
Requirements:
