Job Description:
As a Culinary Artist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that showcase your creativity and skill. You will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menus and ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of techniques and ingredients
* Present dishes in an attractive and appealing way, using garnishes and other visual elements
* Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Participate in menu development and testing, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate in culinary arts or equivalent experience
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
