ProQuest Recruitment is proud to be leading the search for experienced Pick and Pack staff to join our reputable client based in Marsden Park.
A trusted distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, dedicated to ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient supply of medicines across Australia, you will play a key part in this process.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Accurately pick pharmaceutical products according to order sheets, ensuring correct batch numbers and expiry dates are selected.
Packing: Safely and efficiently pack products for shipment, following strict handling and temperature-control guidelines.
Quality Control: Check all picked items for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards.
Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation inventory counts, and replenishment as required.
Documentation: Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately, maintaining full traceability of product movement.
Health & Safety: Follow all warehouse safety procedures at all times.
Team Support: Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily dispatch and service level targets.
To be considered, you will possess the following
Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution role - ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a regulated industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
Strong IT literacy (e.g., using scanners, warehouse management systems, or Excel).
Physically capable of handling stock and standing for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
