Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, and able to work well in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation
* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, and workstations
* Take out trash and manage waste disposal
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
* Help with receiving and storing deliveries
* Support kitchen team during busy service periods
Qualifications
* Previous kitchen experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
