Menarini Australia is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for an exceptional HR Operations Lead to join our dynamic HR team. If you're a people-focused HR professional with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for enhancing every stage of the employee lifecycle, then we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Compensation & Benefits Management: Administer compensation programs, analyse salary and benefits data against industry benchmarks, compile and submit required reports (e.g., Mercer reviews), and assist with job classification updates.Performance Cycle Leadership: Lead the execution of performance review periods, including training, tracking, and manager support, and analyse performance data for calibration sessions.HR Policy & Practice Development: Identify, develop, review, and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.Work Health & Safety (WHS) Oversight: Develop, implement, assess, and review the WHS management plan, monitor compliance, maintain accident registers, and provide WHS-related advice and training.HRIS Management & Reporting: Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate reports, and manage process updates.General HR Administration: Assist with maintaining employee files, preparing termination documentation, coordinating staff recognition awards, and managing the HR drive and portal.Strategic Support & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the HR Director on budget submissions (salary and headcount), work with functional HR tools (e.g., Mercer WIN workspace), and identify areas for continuous improvement within HR operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of HR experience.Extensive experience using a HRMS;Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite;High proficiency in Excel;Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail;Commitment to the principles and philosophy of customer service;Understanding of the relevant technology, procedures, practices, acts, regulations and processes used within the HR Function.Required Skills:Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail;High proficiency in Excel;Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite;Extensive experience using a HRMS;Preferred Skills:Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred;Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry an advantage.Flexible hybrid work arrangements – enjoy work-life balance;Exclusive perks and discounts through our employee benefits platform;2 days additional leave;Comprehensive health and wellbeing support, including best in class EAPOn-site breakfast and fruit;Annual wellness payment + more!Equal Opportunity Statement:Menarini Australia is an equal opportunity employer.
