* Diploma or Certificate III Educators
* Assistant Educators

What We're Looking For
We're open to a variety of backgrounds. You might be:
Qualified Roles
* Bachelor of Early Childhood / ECT / Primary with EC experience
* Diploma qualified educator
* Certificate III educator
* Working towards a qualification
Experience / Personal Qualities
* A genuine love for children and early learning
* Confident working in a team
* Warm, respectful communication with families
* Curiosity, reliability, and a readiness to pitch in
* Experience in early education is great — but not essential if you're the right fit
Essential Requirements
(Or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (WA)
* First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to complete)
* Current Child Protection training (or willingness to complete)
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework / EYLF (depending on role)
