About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Acute Care Physiotherapy to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality student learning opportunities in Acute Care Physiotherapy.
You will support broader program learning and teaching foci such as simulation, interprofessional education, and cultural safety. Your expertise will contribute to cutting-edge physiotherapy research, ensuring that our programs remain at the forefront of evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality student learning opportunities in Acute Care Physiotherapy.
* Support broader program learning and teaching foci such as simulation, interprofessional education, and cultural safety.
* Contribute to cutting-edge physiotherapy research.
Requirements
* A doctoral or masters qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent accreditation and standing.
* 6+ years of relevant clinical experience and/or significant progress towards completion of a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline or field.
* Eligibility for membership of AHPRA as a physiotherapist.
* Demonstrated experience in acute care physiotherapy.

This is a continuing, full-time position primarily based at either the Gold Coast or Brisbane South (Nathan) campuses. As a multi-campus University, you may be required to work across other campus locations.
The full-time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level B range $113,226 - $134,460 per annum + 17% superannuation.
