Job Title: Medical Professional
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, education expertise and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality clinical services, providing education and training to medical staff and students, and coordinating with other personnel within the hospital to ensure optimum patient care.
* Clinical Services: Develop and maintain effective, efficient and equitable clinical services to hospital clients.
* Education: Provide education and training to medical staff, students, allied health professionals and interested community groups.
* Coordination: Coordinate with other personnel within the hospital to ensure integration of services and optimum patient care.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Mandatory possession of a qualification from a registered tertiary institution.
* Licenses/Certifications: Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a current annual practicing certificate is essential.
* Professional Development: Fellowship of ACRRM or RACGP (FRACGP or FARGP) or enrolment in a training program to these Fellowships is required.
* Skills: Completion of an Advanced Skill (or equivalent) and proficiency in credentialing by the MHHS credentialing committee as a FRACGP-RG, FACRRM, FARGP with one or more advanced skills in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Remote Medicine, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, Mental Health, Paediatrics and/or Palliative Care would be highly desirable.
