Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for young people
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* Manage a clinical caseload and coordinate individualised care plans
* Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community services
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and service development
* Provide mental health education and promotion within the community
Essential Criteria
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Social Work
* Current AHPRA registration or relevant professional membership
* Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults
* Strong skills in assessment, case management, and therapeutic intervention
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Current driver's licence
Desirable but not essential
* Background in community mental health services
* Knowledge of early intervention and youth mental health frameworks
* Experience working in regional or rural settings
