* Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong project management capabilities with digital tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana)
* Exceptional prioritisation, time management, and multi-project coordination
* Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
* Technical knowledge of materials, printing, and fabrication processes
* Hands-on technical skills including operation of in-house print equipment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, solutions-oriented team player and leader
