Key Role in Client Success
The Client Success Officer has a pivotal part to play in leading client communication and supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle within a forward-thinking accounting firm.
* Manage reception and administration duties, ensuring seamless daily office operations.
* Assist with client interaction, including telephone calls and email correspondence.
* Maintain accurate digital and physical records with attention to detail.
* Administer ASIC secretarial services through CAS 360.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing clients.
* Coordinate electronic signing of tax documents.
