I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to the Managing Director and Executive Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide confidential and proactive support, ensuring day-to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be a trusted partner, anticipating needs, manage complex schedules, and handle a wide range of administration tasks with discretion and professionalism.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a key eye for detail and professionalism.
- Maintain calendars, meeting requests, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Organise travel arrangements & expense reconciliation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
**About you**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an EA/PA in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organisation and time management with demonstrated ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Well organised, proactive, intuitive, discrete and flexible aptitude.
- Demonstrated ability to research and report on issues showing maturity of judgement and discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
