What You'll Do
* Drive and evolve the Microsoft alliance strategy across the region
* Strengthen executive‐level relationships with Microsoft stakeholders
* Develop and execute joint go‐to‐market initiatives that accelerate partner growth
* Align internal teams around Microsoft priorities to deliver consistent outcomes
* Analyse performance trends and identify new opportunities for growth and optimisation
* Represent Pax8 as a thought leader within the Microsoft ecosystem

Your work will directly shape how Pax8 partners engage with Microsoft, unlocking growth opportunities for hundreds of partners while driving significant revenue impact. You'll act as a key bridge between technology and commercial success.
What You Bring
* Proven experience managing strategic technology partnerships, ideally within Microsoft ecosystems
* Demonstrated ability to build and influence senior stakeholder relationships
* Extensive commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth
* Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‐on execution ability
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast‐paced, evolving environment
* Passion for cloud technologies, AI innovation and partner success
