4. Help in preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
5. Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
6. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
7. Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff's performance.
Your ExperienceYou will have:
8. Demonstrated experience as a Chef
9. Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
10. Excellent records of kitchen staff and management
11. Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
12. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
