Australia perth contract negotiableTalent International is currently recruiting for an **EL1 Assistant Director Case Management **to work for one of our **Federal Government clients** based in **Perth. **The position is **12-month contract role with the possibility of extension** and are paying **$602.55 per day + Super**.

7.6 hours per day and 38 hours per week.

The EL1 Case Management Support is an important team leadership position within the client and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The role requires providing leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the Team Membership and assigned Contractors working within the work area.

The position is required to coordinate and assume responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects that may include performing varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes or methods that may impact on the strategic or operational outcomes that support the Client's objectives.

The EL1 Case Management Support is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the client's interests across a range of forums.

**Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Managing the workflow of case management support functions to ensure statutory timeframes and measures are met.
- Managing AAT Applications received by the Agency including the allocation to the case management teams and legal teams.
- Leading and contributing to strategic projects and policy development processes.
- Leading and contributing to the development of Ministerial and Parliamentary briefs and complaints.
- Contributing to the preparation of reports, business cases, meeting submissions and correspondence.
- Leading a team and/or a scope of work, including mentoring, supervising, training and supporting Case Management Support staff.

**Required Skills**:

- Extensive years of experience into Case Management.
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Someone from Disability industry would be highly regarded.
