About the Company

Western Australian Specialty Alloys (WASA) is an international market leader in the production of superalloys for forging and ring rolling applications for a range of aerospace, power generation and oil & gas applications. We are a fully owned subsidiary of Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC) a US manufacturing company based in Portland, Oregon.

Airbus, Boeing, GE, Rolls-Royce and many other leading manufacturers depend on PCC for critical airframe, engine, power generation and general industrial components. With few exceptions, every aircraft in the sky flies with parts manufactured by PCC.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‐oriented Key Accounts Representative to join our Commercial team. This role is responsible for end‐to‐end processing of customer orders, maintaining accurate commercial and operational documentation, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely communication with customers. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth order flow from purchase order through to dispatch. The successful candidate will be expected to work in alignment with our core values: Courage, Ownership, Collaboration, Integrity, and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Processing customer orders (MPOs) from purchase order to release.
* Updating, maintaining, and circulating the MPO Index and MPO In/Out Register.
* Raising new MPOs and change requests, coordinating approvals, tracking progress, and escalating discrepancies.
* Approving the Commercial section of customer orders when required.
* Reviewing and verifying quote pack documents prior to approval.
* Preparing OPS/DPS screenings and coordinating approval from external sales representatives.
* Maintaining SOX screenshot records for compliance.
* Preparing order acknowledgements and confirming orders with customers in collaboration with Sales.
* Maintaining the EUS register to prevent dispatch delays.
* Preparing regular reports on customer order status and processing backlogs.
* Providing customers with updates on order progress, delivery dates, certification status, and accounts receivable matters (payments, reconciliation, invoicing, statements).
* Verifying weekly dispatch schedules and assisting with corrections.
* Updating shipping details from Accounts and Logistics and closing orders once shipped.
* Supporting Sales Representatives by preparing quotes, following up on customer concerns, and attending customer business reviews as needed.
* Providing general administrative and commercial support to the team.
* Adhering to company policies, PCC Code of Conduct, and Quality and Safety Cardinal Rules.
* Performing other duties aligned with skills, knowledge, and abilities.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

* 2–4 years' experience in sales administration or a similar commercial support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
* Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and excellent written and verbal communication.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Previous experience in sales or the metals industry (preferred).
