Spartan Double Glazing is a national manufacturer setting the new standard for uPVC windows and doors. Our Canberra branch in Hume is expanding, and we need a Hub Coordinator who can control the flow of sales, service, and logistics with military precision.
This is not a boring desk job. You will be the face of the company in the showroom and the logistical link between our Melbourne Factory and our Canberra Install Teams.
THE MISSION
Working from our Hume HQ, you will ensure the branch runs like a Swiss watch. You will wear three hats:
1. The Face (Showroom & Sales):
Client Experience: Greeting clients in the showroom and demonstrating our premium uPVC Tilt & Turn products.
Salesflow: Managing inbound inquiries and booking Sales Appointments for our estimators using Pipedrive and JustCall.
1. The Brain (Scheduling & Service):
Installation Logic: Managing the calendar in Ascora. You will call clients to confirm arrival times and ensure our Install Teams have their run sheets.
Service Triage: Managing service requests. If a client has an issue, you triage it, ensure the details are correct, and book the solution.
1. The Gatekeeper (Dispatch & Logistics):
The Melbourne Link: You are the receiving point for the weekly truck from our Melbourne Factory.
Logistics Control: When the truck arrives, you verify the manifest, check that all frames/glass are accounted for, and ensure the "Job Packs" are ready for the installers to collect.

System-Obsessed: You are tech-savvy and detail-oriented. You hate typos and scheduling conflicts. Experience with CRMs is a huge plus.

Logistically Minded: You can handle the pressure of scheduling. You understand that if the paperwork isn't right, the truck can't leave.
Canberra Based: Reliable transport to Hume is essential.
