About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to head up our Federal Public Sector business in Australia. This senior role is responsible for driving customer engagement, sales strategy, and sustained growth across our product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow a team of Account Executives focused on Australian Federal Government customers
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to expand cloud adoption
* Foster executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to government decision-makers
* Align Salesforce resources to support account strategy and be the local executive sponsor
* Drive pipeline generation and business development initiatives to unlock new revenue opportunities
About You
We're looking for someone with demonstrated success in a 2nd-line sales leadership role, preferably within enterprise SaaS or cloud technology. You should have a deep understanding of the Australian Federal Government, including procurement processes and priorities.
You will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives and work closely with internal stakeholders to deepen our impact and presence across departments and agencies.
