What You Will Do
Lead, support, and develop a team providing daily recovery-oriented care in a residential setting
Ensure compliance with legislation, funding, and organisational standards, setting benchmarks for excellence
Collaborate closely with Aboriginal Elders, local agencies, and community leaders to embed cultural respect and connection in everything we do
Drive continuous improvement through innovation, safety leadership, and quality assurance initiatives
Manage resources and budgets with transparency and efficiency
Be the trusted leader who supports staff wellbeing, growth, and critical incident response
Champion the values of Richmind WA and our commitment to reconciliation and inclusion
About You
Proven leadership experience in community or mental health services, ideally in remote or regional areas
Understanding of culturally secure practice and experience working respectfully with Aboriginal communities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and foster collaboration
Relevant qualifications in social work, community services, health management, or similar fields
Necessary certifications and clearances (Police Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, Driver's Licence)
Passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful difference in the Pilbara
