This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services at a large, operational site in Blayney. As Facilities Manager, you will oversee both hard and soft services, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in maintaining plant and infrastructure, managing service providers, controlling budgets and leading on-site teams, while working closely with the client to drive continuous improvement and high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all Facilities Management services across the site
* Oversee maintenance of plant, equipment and building infrastructure
* Lead contract and supplier management across engineering, cleaning, catering and security services
* Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Maintain full financial accountability for site budgets, forecasting and reporting
* Manage facilities and capital projects from planning through to completion
* Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and environmental requirements
* Lead, develop and support on-site Facilities Management and contractor teams
* Build strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders and client representatives
* Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
Stay informed on Facilities Management best practice and recommend improvements where appropriate
Your Profile
Essential:
* Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or Site Manager role within a complex environment
* Strong technical knowledge of hard services and building maintenance
* Experience managing contracts, suppliers and service providers
* Solid understanding of workplace health and safety legislation
* Demonstrated experience managing budgets and financial reporting
* Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills
* Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Desirable:
* Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property or Business
Project management experience within a manufacturing or operational environment
