What We Offer
* $70-$80 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role
* Deliver clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical, rehab, or oncology
* Participate in ward rounds, medication reviews, and discharge counselling
* Oncology/chemotherapy experience highly regarded
* Supportive public hospital teams with scope to step into senior roles
What You'll Need
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 6 months of hospital pharmacy experience in Australia or minimum 2 years in retail pharmacy
* Familiarity with iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar systems
