HR Officer - Aboriginal Health Service WA

Curis Recruitment is excited to collaborate with a leading Aboriginal Health Service in Western Australia to recruit an experienced HR Officer to join their team.

This role offers a deeply fulfilling experience for those looking to make a meaningful contribution within a distinctive and culturally vibrant setting.


Remuneration Benefits include:

* Base Salary $114,500 - $117,500 + Allowances + Super
* You will have access to generous salary sacrificing (pre‑tax dollars)
* District allowance (subject to policy) $3,055.65 for singles & $6,111.30 for families
* Housing Allowance of $18,200.00pa
* Electricity allowance paid over summer 10 pay periods $1,500.00 pa
* Leave loading 17.5% paid on annual leave (when taken)
* Annual Airfare provided after 12 months of employment
* Total gross amount for this position - Singles $128,250.06, Family $131,672.38

* Be able to manage high‑volume recruitment
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of Western Australian workplace legislation
* Effectively handle a diverse and demanding workload
* Possess excellent time‑management skills
* Have a high level of organisation
* Be capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
