Job Summary
The role of Care Assistant is to provide support to nursing staff and assist residents with personal care and mobility.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support nursing staff with various tasks, such as preparing residents for meals and assisting with medication administration.
* Contribute to a positive and respectful environment by promoting resident dignity and well-being.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
* Prior experience working in aged care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
