We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving internal utilisation of bespoke insurance products through market benchmarking, insurer negotiations, and proactive coverage strategies that meet evolving client needs.

Responsibilities
1. Market Benchmarking: Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, products, and services to inform business development and growth strategies.
2. Insurer Negotiations: Negotiate with insurers to secure favourable terms and conditions for clients.
3. Proactive Coverage Strategies: Develop and implement proactive coverage strategies to mitigate risk and ensure optimal protection for clients.
4. Business Development: Engage with brokers and distribution leaders to assist with optimising facility utilisation and develop strategic partnerships.
5. Collateral Development: Develop collateral and facilitate broker training on facility products to drive sales and revenue growth.
