About the Role

* Provide excellent customer service and sales transactions;
* Process high-value transactions accurately, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS;
* Conduct identity services transactions, such as Australian Passport Interviews;
* Promote products and services through up-selling, cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities;
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs;
