Kindergarten Inclusion Support Team Leader
The Kindergarten Inclusion Support Team Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, inclusive education services across the Bendigo region.
This leadership position oversees a regional team responsible for implementing the Kindergarten Inclusion Support Program, ensuring compliance with Department of Education guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the KIS team to ensure effective service delivery.
2. Recruit, place, and support Additional Assistants across regional kindergartens.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with services, stakeholders, and the Department of Education.
4. Monitor program outcomes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
5. Support continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
6. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and experience or further studies in Disability and Inclusion support.
* Experience in a similar role is essential.
* Experience in program management, team leadership, and workforce coordination.
* Familiarity with Department of Education guidelines and regional workforce dynamics.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
