FOCUS ON FURNITURE, one of Australia's fastest expanding Furniture and Bedding retailers is currently seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager.
As a Store Manager you must be results driven and always striving to achieve the best results from your team on a daily basis. This is an opportunity to utilise your leadership, management and sales skills to assist expanding the store to new heights. You will also be focused on promoting a high level of customer service and encouraging a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring excellent customer service is provided by yourself and all staff members at all times
* Provide staff training, guidance and develop strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets
* Collaborate with Management to achieve company and store goals
* Coach and motivate your team, including role-playing and training to develop their sales strategies
* Assist in Visual Merchandising and store presentation to a high standard
* Efficiently and effectively handle and solve customer service inquiries
Applicants should be able to demonstrate
* Experience and skills in retail sales (furniture experience will be highly regarded but not essential)
* Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
* A passion to provide exceptional customer service
* Training, coaching and people management
* Strong ability to lead and motivate a team
* Must be available to work most weekends
