Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level technical assistance and customer service in a professional environment;
* Deliver customer-centric services with exceptional communication skills;
* Utilize ITSM software and phone systems for interactions, requests, incidents, problems, changes, and escalations, following ITIL-aligned processes with focus on Service Level Agreements;
* Maintain current procedures, processes, and knowledge articles to ensure efficient and effective support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience delivering desktop support in large commercial settings;
* Professional communication skills to engage diverse audiences;
* Effective time management and attention to detail;
* Customer service experience with strong focus on excellent delivery;
* Excellent relationship-building skills;
* Strong problem-solving methodology, including root cause analysis.
