Purpose of the Role
This role provides day-to-day administrative support to Finance, Technical Services, Stores, and Senior Management, ensuring smooth office and reception operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- General office support, including scanning, filing, copying, and data entry.
- Reception duties: greeting visitors, managing calls, maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assist Finance with AP/AR tasks as directed.
- Support Technical Services with document uploads, job number allocation, AMRs, and Task Cards.
- Coordinate office equipment servicing and organise office/hangar supply orders.
- Assist with social activity bookings.
- Support Stores with parts issuing/receipting when required.
- Assist QAS with document management.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Cert IV in Business Administration desirable but not essential.
Experience
- Office administration or reception experience.
- AP/AR experience beneficial.
