Are you handy with a drill, great with people, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We are a locally owned and family-grown blinds and curtains business based in the Geelong region, and we are looking for a full-time installation/measuring expert.
This is a hybrid role where you will be spending time both installing curtains and blinds, while also helping prospective clients decide what would best suit their space and assisting them through the sales process.
What You’ll Be Doing
* In-Home Consultations: Meeting with prospective clients to measure windows and provide quotes.
* Expert Installations: Fitting a wide range of blinds, curtains, and shutters with a high level of finish.
* Customer Service: Building rapport with locals and providing honest, professional advice.
* Day to Day : Assisting clients with issues, decisions and moving projects forward in the business.
What We’re Looking For
* The \"Handy\" Factor: Previous experience in window furnishings, cabinetry, or a similar trade is highly regarded. 3+ years experience is ideal.
* A People Person: You’re professional, punctual, and easy to talk to.
* Problem Solvers: Taking charge and finding the solution, whether it's on a measure and quote or installation.
