Office Administration Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including reception duties, data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.

Key responsibilities will include:

* General reception duties: answering phones, greeting visitors
* Data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
* Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
* Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks
* Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administration or office support role, with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments are also essential.
