Richmond Sand, Gravel and Landscaping has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to join our Lismore Office
About The Role
You will work closely with our Company Director, Senior Management and Department Heads to provide support in the critical areas of the business, whilst gaining exposure to our Retail, Quarrying and Transport operations.
What You'll Be doing
* Bookkeeping – take the lead on AP/AR/BAS aspects of the main business unit – including weekly Payroll
* Excel Spreadsheets and Reports
* Process Development – maintain and improve upon business processes for key systems including: POS, Inventory Control & Management, AR/AP/Payroll
* Reporting Functions – maintain and improve upon key reporting functions for Senior Management
* Compliance Control – assist our Fleet Manager with compliance under NHVR Mass Management guidelines
* Support to our sales team with phones and taking messages/ back up sales.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Reporting (Essential)
* Advanced Excel Experience
* A team player with a hands-on approach
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Previous MYOB experience
