The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction of the portfolio, developing and executing integrated brand and marketing plans across multiple channels and markets. They will also partner closely with the sales team to deliver aligned trade and channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing plans (digital, experiential, ATL/BTL)
* Lead innovation and NPD from concept through to launch and execution
* Partner closely with the sales team to deliver aligned trade and channel strategies
* Collaborate with agencies, production, and design partners to deliver high-quality brand assets
* Manage campaign ROI, forecasting, and marketing budgets
* Conduct brand performance reviews, market analysis, and insights-led planning
What We're Looking For:
* Proven success in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager role within FMCG or beverages
* Experience leading 360-degree brand campaigns from concept to execution
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategy with business objectives
* Experience in NPD and innovation management
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field
* Passion for brand building and genuine interest in the drinks industry
