This is a role for a commercially astute senior HR Business Partner who combines sharp judgement, executive presence, and strong business instinct.Supporting the Property and Corporate portfolio, you will partner closely with experienced senior stakeholders in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where expectations are high and standards matter.You will be highly visible, influential, and trusted. Quick to grasp commercial context, confident in your advice and coaching and composed when navigating complexity. This is not a passive advisory role - it requires presence, energy, and the confidence to engage directly with capable, driven leaders.The opportunity:Reporting to the GM People and Culture, you will lead HR partnering across Property and Corporate as part of a broader, well-regarded P&C function supporting other areas of the business.You will hold clear accountability for your portfolio while contributing to enterprise-wide people initiatives and collaborating closely with colleagues across the function.
