Female Disability Support Workers
Nextt are seeking reliable and passionate Female Disability Support Workers to support clients across two SIL homes in Highfields.
Our clients need assistance with personal care, manual handling, medication, domestic tasks, and community access. Support needs vary and may include intellectual and physical disabilities, mobility challenges, and communication support. Interests include music, movies, games, reading, community outings, and sensory activities.
Your role is to provide consistent, person-centred care that builds independence, daily living skills, and meaningful connections.
Shifts available:
Line 6 (46 hours per fortnight)
Week 1:
Monday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Tuesday: 11:00pm - 9:00am (active)
Thursday: 11:00pm - 9:00am (active)
Week 2:
Monday: 11:00pm - 9:00am (active)
Thursday: 11:00pm - 9:00am (active)
Line 7 (28 hours per fortnight)
Week 1:
Thursday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Sunday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Week 2:
Saturday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Line 10 (31 hours per fortnight)
Week 1:
Friday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Week 2:
Wednesday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Friday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Sunday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Line 11 (30 hours per fortnight)
Week 1:
Saturday: 11:00pm - 9:00am (active)
Sunday: 11:00pm - 9:00am (active)
Week 2:
Wednesday: 11:00pm - 9:00am (active)
Pay Rates (SCHADS Award, Level E3.1 Casual):
- Base: $35.15/hr
- Afternoon: $38.67/hr
- Active Night: $39.37/hr
- Saturday: $49.21/hr
- Sunday: $63.27/hr
- Public Holiday: $77.33/hr

- Driver’s licence + comprehensive car insurance
