About The Client

About The Role
WorkPac is currently in search of a field support officer to join our esteemed client's team, based in the Pilbara. This position is based on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Collect, process, and dispatch samples accurately and on time.
* Record and validate data in ProTrak to ensure accuracy.
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture in all field activities.
* Train and mentor new Contract Field Assistants in safety and field tasks.
* Support geologists and project coordinators with field-based tasks and communication.
* Maintain high-quality standards in sampling, data collection, and reporting.
* Contribute to improving procedures, safety systems, and process efficiencies.
Skills And Experience
* Minimum 1 year of mining experience.
* Current Australian HR class drivers licence.
* 4WD safe driver training.
* First Aid certification.
