About the Role
Our client is seeking a full‑time Dentist to join their thriving team in the South West region of WA. The practice is a well‑established general practice in Bunbury with a strong reputation built over 39 years. The patient demographic is predominantly private (approx. 90%) with a small portion (10%) comprising government‑subsidised patients, including Indigenous patients referred through community health programs. You will be stepping into a busy general practice that encourages full clinical freedom and places a strong emphasis on quality care, not KPIs.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver a wide range of general dental treatments including but not limited to:
o Preventive care, examinations and oral cancer screenings
o Minor oral surgery and extractions
o Endodontics and rotary root canal therapy
o Implants, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics
o Veneers, bonding, composite fillings, and cosmetic procedures
* Treat patients from a well‑established and loyal patient base
* Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary dental team, including those with a special interest in TMD, periodontics, oral surgery and prosthodontics
* Option to mentor new graduates and participate in structured training and planning sessions
