Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Workshop Technician, Service Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar role
* Strong fault‐finding skills and genuine pride in your work
* A genuine heart for service you care about doing the right thing for customers and your teammates
* A strong safety mindset and respect for processes and standards
* Willingness to keep learning and building your technical skills
* Restricted Electrical License (REL) – highly regarded
