Are you an Occupational Therapist who thrives on helping older adults maintain their independence, confidence, and connection to their community? We're partnering with a well-established aged care provider to find a compassionate and skilled OT to join their Albany-based Home Care team.
About the role
* Conducting cognitive assessments (MOCA, HDS-R, MMSE)
* Prescribing seating and equipment solutions to improve daily living
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals
* Promoting engagement in meaningful activities to enhance independence and social participation

What we're looking for
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
* Membership with OT Australia or WA Association of Occupational Therapy
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and assessment skills
* Experience or interest in aged care, community care, or home care settings
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination
* Full working rights in Australia
