We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cabinet Maker to join our growing team in a full‐time factory‐based role.
We are a family‐run cabinetry business specialising in both residential and commercial projects. All of our cabinetry is manufactured, assembled, and installed in‐house, giving you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of quality projects within a supportive and fast‐paced environment.
About the Role
This position involves working in our factory using cabinetry machinery and power tools, as well as assembling cabinets and associated components to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate factory machinery and handheld power tools safely and efficiently
* Assemble all cabinetry and cabinetry components
* Read and interpret plans and drawings
* Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
* Work effectively within production deadlines
* Keep work areas clean and organised
* Work independently and as part of a team
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in cabinet making/factory assembly
* Ability to use woodworking machinery and tools confidently
* Good understanding of cabinetry construction and assembly
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* White Card and driver's licence preferred
