Our Client:

Our client is a leading supplier of innovative building and outdoor materials that bring spaces to life. They are dedicated to transforming spaces with exceptional craftsmanship and cutting-edge materials.

About The Role:

Due to consistent growth, our client is seeking a self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Canberra. The Account Manager will maintain, support, and service our clients in the construction, architecture, and design sectors.

The role involves managing a diverse client base to support continued business growth.

Salary depending on experience between $70k - $80k +

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

* Achieve Individual Monthly Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key trade and A+D clients, assisting them in realising their projects using our materials.
* Networking & Partnerships: Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
* Sales Activity Metrics: Maintain and report on weekly sales activities.
* Field & Showroom Balance: Spend 1 - 2 days per week on the road for outbound sales activities and 3 - 4 days in the showroom.
* SMART Goals: Develop and execute monthly Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals.
* CRM Utilisation: Log all sales activities daily using Netsuite, ensuring accurate data entry for quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
* Lead Management: Monitor and track incoming A1-A4 leads, focusing on response time and conversion rates.
* Showroom Excellence: Ensure showroom standards are met daily, creating an inviting and professional environment.
* Warehouse Liaison: Coordinate with the warehouse team as necessary.
* Project Photography: Obtain project completion photos for use on social media and the company website.
* Work Schedule: Rotating Saturdays with a flexible roster
* Company Vehicle: Utilise the shared company vehicle for work-related travel.
* Commission Structure: Earn monthly commissions based on performance.
